I would like to thank all of the parents and guardians who were able to attend the band meeting this past Tuesday. It was great to have such a warm welcome into the Little Axe community, and a special thanks to those that helped and provided refreshments. Just a reminder, I will be at the Little Axe Elementary School during the morning on Tuesday, May 1, for the current 4th and 5th grade students to hear and try out instruments. Parents and guardians do not need to attend this instrument try out, as it will be during the student’s regular class time schedule. If your student(s) is unable to attend that day, a make-up day will also be scheduled in the near future. This make-up day will also be for those students in higher grades that are trying out instruments for the first time as well.
