In the 2021-2022 school year, all students will automatically be enrolled as traditional status and will be expected to return to campus in August. Any student wanting to be virtual or blended will have to fill out an application. The application will be reviewed by a school committee for approval or not. Submission of the Google Form does not guarantee admittance as a virtual or blended student. There will be a cap on the number of virtual and blended students accepted.
\r\nEveryone needs to answer the first few questions; you will only go to the application if you choose Virtual or Blended on the fourth question!
\r\nEach student in a household must have their own form.
