Frances Koop Parsons/AT&T Pioneers Memorial Scholarship
The recipients of this scholarship will receive a $1,000 cash award to be used at an eligible Oklahoma career technology center, two-year college, or four-year university.This scholarship is open to first-time freshmen with at least a 3.0 high school GPA and whose family income does not exceed $75,000.

Ann Wade Strength in Education Scholarship:
A one-time $2,000 ($1,000 per academic semester) scholarship to a student who plans to pursue a certified degree in education or in an occupation that directly supports the educational system and meets the following criteria:
Graduating high school senior
A resident of the state of Oklahoma
Pursuing a certified degree in education or directly supporting the educational system
Letter of recommendation
Letter of application
The School district must be a member of the Oklahoma ASBO.

Security Benefit Strength in Benefit Scholarship
A one-time $2,000 ($1,000 per academic semester) scholarship to a student who plans to pursue a certified degree in education or in an occupation that directly supports the educational system and meets the following criteria:

Scholars for Excellence in Child Care
Oklahoma’s child care professionals who meet certain guidelines can continue to work while improving their child care skills through education. The Scholars for Excellence in Child Care program provides financial assistance through stipends and scholarships for coursework toward an associate degree in child development and early childhood education as well as Child Development Associate (CDA) or Certified Childcare Professional (CCP) credential assessment.
To be eligible, child care professionals:
Must work at a one-star plus or above OKDHS or tribal-licensed child care facility with a minimum of 10 percent subsidy children. Due to limited funds, however, employees at federally funded child care programs or school-age programs are not eligible.
Must have worked at a child care facility for at least three months or have taken Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT).
Must work as a teacher, family child care provider, director or assistant director at least 30 hours per week.
Must earn $15.50 an hour or less.

OSAG Scholarship-
COSA is pleased to partner with Oklahoma School Assurance Group (OSAG) again this year for a student scholarship opportunity. This scholarship is for senior students whose parents/guardians are employees of OSAG member districts. These scholarships are available to dependents of all employees of a school district that is a current member of OSAG.
OSAG - Four Regional Scholarships available - $3,000 each

Oklahoma JCI Senate -

The Oklahoma JCI Senate awards two (2) $500 scholarships. Those recipients will then be forwarded to the US JCI Senate for national judging. If our recipients are chosen on the national level they will receive an additional $1,500 scholarship from the US JCI Senate.

OK Future Teachers
The Future Teachers Scholarship was created as an incentive to draw more qualified teachers and professionals to critical shortage areas in the state’s public schools. In exchange for a renewable scholarship worth up to $1,500, recipients agree to teach for at least three years at an Oklahoma public school in one of the critical shortage areas.
To be a candidate, students must be Oklahoma residents and be nominated by the institution in which they are enrolled. Students meeting one of the following criteria may receive a nomination:
A cumulative GPA ranking in the top 15 percent of their high school graduating class.
An ACT or SAT score ranking in the top 15 percent for high school graduates of the same year.
Admission to a professional education program at an accredited Oklahoma institution of higher education.
An undergraduate record of outstanding success based on the institution’s guidelines.
Full- and part-time students are eligible, but full-time students are given higher priority. To apply, students should contact the financial aid office at the institution in which they are enrolled. Institutions then submit nominees in priority order to the State Regents Office.
Teacher Shortage Employment Incentive Program (TSEIP)
Another incentive designed to fill teacher vacancies in Oklahoma’s public schools is the Teacher Shortage Employment Incentive Program. Recipients who meet the guidelines receive reimbursement for eligible student loan expenses or an equivalent cash benefit. To qualify, students must:
Have graduated from an accredited Oklahoma teacher education program.
Must be certified to teach math or science.
Must agree to teach math or science at an Oklahoma secondary public school for at least five years.
To apply, students should contact the TSEIP coordinator at their college or university to receive a TSEIP Participation Agreement. Completed forms must be returned to the coordinator no later than the student’s graduation date. At the time of application, students must be enrolled and maintaining satisfactory academic progress in a math or science education degree program.

The IHS scholarship covers tuition, fees, and a stipend for Native American and Alaska Native students pursuing health-related degrees. AISES Scholarships
The American Indian and Science and Engineering Society offers scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 per year, supporting Indigenous students pursuing degrees in science, technology, engineering and mathematics(STEM) fields at undergraduate and graduate levels.
Catching the Dream Scholarship
This program offers merit-based scholarships ranging from $500 to $5,000 annually to Native American students. The focus is on supporting Bachelor degree or higher students in fields related to economic development for tribes, such as science, education, business, and computers.
