Little Axe child nutrition will hand out meals tomorrow, June 1, 2021, for all children 18 and under from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in front of the elementary school.
In the event of tornado weather the high school safe room will be open this evening. To enter, come to the high school gym and follow directions from school staff. No pets will be allowed to enter the safe room.
This afternoon Little Axe Middle School was made aware of and confiscated a BB gun that had inadvertently been left in a student’s backpack and brought to school. At no time were any students, or staff, in any danger or threatened. As a precaution, the proper authorities were notified and the situation is under control.
The City of Norman has lifted the citywide mask mandate, effective immediately. Additionally, the state notification system is showing our area in yellow. Due to this information, the wearing of masks as part of our district policy will now be optional for the final two days of our school year.

The K20 Center’s GEAR UP program is excited to announce the K20 QUEST web app. QUEST is a tool that families can use to find information about preparing for a postsecondary education. Through the web app, families will find a grade-level checklist and other helpful resources to assist families as they navigate through each year of high school.
