The Parent, Student, and Teacher Guides (PSTGs) have been posted. The practice questions you see in the PSTG represent the types of questions and interactions your student will see when they take the Spring 2021 OSTP state assessments in English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science. Parents/guardians are encouraged to discuss these materials with their child to help prepare them for the tests.
Also, practice tests for the online OSTP assessments are available in kiosk mode and online via a web browser. Students should use these practice questions to become familiar with the online tools* available as well as the formatting of the multiple-choice, constructive response, and technology enhanced items. To access the practice test, choose: OSTP Practice Test from the 'select a test' drop-down menu on the landing page. Then, select the corresponding test for the student grade level and subject area.
Please Note: A student login credential is not needed for the practice test. Accommodations available in the Kiosk are Text-to-Speech, General Masking, Color Contrast, and Screen Zoom. Accommodations available through the browser are Text-to-speech, General Masking, and Color Contrast. Accommodations not available will be greyed out.
The link to access the practice test is: iTester 3 (cognia.org). Please, make sure students go over the practice test at home. It is important that our students are familiar with the test questions and tools provided online.
The dates for the Spring OCCT tests are April 20th through May 13th
